Custom Design Consult (one design only)

If you have a vision but dont know how to design it. Let us do it for you. Prices vary depending on design details. We can create a custom design for your personal use, to start a shirt line. We design images, words, business cards and basic logos. 

This form should be filled out for all Custom designs. Consult fee is per one design. 

Important: for Custom Designs there will be a standard non refundable $15 design consult fee, this fee will be applied to your final design purchase. With the design consult please fill out custom form in depth for design description. You can only make changes to design 1 time, any addition changes or alterations will be an additional $5 per change. 

Be sure to include all details and wants for your custom design. Such as, background colors, elements, upload photos, any wording, etc. 

This is a consult form only after design/customization has been approved by customer invoice ill be send to complete custom purchase.
