Processing and Shipping Policy

Processing Guidelines:

- Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days following payment confirmation.
- Once processing has commenced, orders cannot be canceled, and refunds will not be issued.
- Design modifications are not permissible after the processing of your order has started. Should you require changes to your order or design, additional fees will be incurred, and it may result in an extension of the processing time.
- The processing duration may extend based on the specifics of your order, including order details and quantity. Any potential delays will be communicated at the time your order is placed.

Shipping Guidelines:
- Most orders are delivered within 7-15 business days from the completion of processing.
- Please note that we are not liable for any errors or delays caused by postal services.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanged? 

At Bozzup Kustomz, we take pride in the uniqueness and quality of our products. Please note that all sales are final for customized/personalized items, digital files, and gift cards. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot offer refunds or credits. Should you have any concerns or issues with your order, we encourage you to contact our customer service team at service@bozzupkustomz.com. We are dedicated to addressing your inquiries and ensuring your satisfaction.

For non-customized products, we offer a return policy of 10 days from the date of delivery. If you wish to return a non-customized item, please ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. Our team will provide further instructions on the return process upon contact.

Payments Methods:

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and pay services. We also offer Payment installment programs such as ShopPay. Sezzle, Klarna and AfterPay coming soon.
